Shipping Information
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United
States (excluding APO address). Items (unless marked as a preorder) ship within 1-3 business days. We typically ship most items same (if ordered before noon EST) or next day (if ordered after noon EST). We cannot make guarantees for any
shipping provider, but we will provide tracking to your email upon shipment. If we become aware of a shipping delay for any reason, we will notify you by email. We ship from northern Kentucky.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Delays with US Postal Service or any shipping carrier
International Duties or Customs Charges
Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please visit the carrier’s customer care site.
Flat rate shipping is 7.95.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Pearls and Pennies Boutique E-Gift Card credit only. Pearls and Pennies Boutique offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. The cost of return shipping, $7.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Pearls and Pennies E-Gift Card).
