Refund policy

We want you to be extraordinarily happy with your Pearls and Pennies purchase! Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Pearls and Pennies Boutique E-Gift Card credit only. Pearls and Pennies Boutique offers exchanges for the  same item at the same price in a different size. We will also exchange items for different items in the store, putting the original merchandise credit on the store e-gift card. The cost of return shipping (if applicable), $6.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Pearls and Pennies E-Gift Card). Please notify us at pearlsandpenniesky@gmail.com to start your return or exchange. Please send packaged returns to Pearls and Pennies Boutique, 1664 Frogtown Rd, Suite 1012, Union, KY 41091.
