Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO address). Items (unless marked as a preorder) ship within 1-3 business days. We typically ship most items same (if ordered before noon EST) or next day (if ordered after noon EST). We cannot make guarantees for any shipping provider, but we will provide tracking to your email upon shipment. If we become aware of a shipping delay for any reason, we will notify you by email. We ship from northern Kentucky. Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

 Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the
